Student GroupsFull-time program student groups enhance the academic experience at Chicago Booth by helping students cultivate career plans and recreational interests. They also accentuate the diversity of the school, providing events that address the needs and interests of all students. Student groups are networking and collective learning vehicles that give members an edge over their competitors. In addition, managing activities and assuming responsibility for building a better school equips Chicago Booth students with a competitive advantage in managing people and organizations. Student Group AdvisorsStudent Programs and Events assigns each student group an advisor. The Student Group Advisor works with leaders to facilitate and coordinate student-planned events, acts as the principal liaison with other Chicago Booth and university departments and outside agencies/vendors, and monitors budgets and expenditures. |
