University students
must have health insurance coverage. The university offers two health
insurance plans with coverage beginning on September 16. Click

Booth Ph.D. students
must have health insurance coverage effective September 7 in order to
participate in Orientation activities (including Math Camp).
To accommodate
students' need for a health insurance option prior to September 16,
the university offers a one-month Early Arrival Insurance plan with
coverage beginning on August 16.
Here are some important
details about enrolling in the Early Arrival Insurance option:
- You need to enroll
in this option if you are not applying for the health insurance waiver
at the university
- The plan covers
only the one month period between August 16 and September 15, 2004
- If you enroll
in the Early Arrival Insurance plan, then you must also enroll in
one of the university health insurance plans for the 2004-2005 academic
year.
