Enrollment
To reserve a place
in the entering class, you must sign and mail the financial aid award
form that was included with your admission letter. The due date for
submitting the form is April 15.
Deferring
Admission
Deferments are rarely
granted and only under unusual circumstances. It is our expectation
that students apply for the year in which they are able to attend the
Ph.D. Program.
All requests for
deferment must be made in writing to the Associate
Director of the Program and are subject to approval by the Director
of the program. If a deferment is granted, the financial aid award is
not guaranteed. A deferment can be granted for only one year.
Mailing/Email
Address and Telephone Changes
It is important
that you notify the Ph.D. Program office of any changes in your mailing/email
address or telephone numbers as they occur. There are several important
mailings that will be sent to you during the summer, and we need to
be able to locate you when necessary. Please submit your mailing and/or
email address and telephone number changes to the Ph.D. office at Boothphd@chicagobooth.edu.
